We are excited to announce our partnership with Child Evangelism Fellowship in providing a fun and unique after school program at Bella Vista Elementary called Good News Club® (GNCTM). Good News Club is an exciting, fun-filled weekly club for kids in which the Bible is clearly taught with songs, stories, and games!
Children will learn:
- God loves them
- Every person has value
- How God can help them do the right thing, find victory in hard times, show love to others, etc.
Who teaches the club?
GNC teachers are specifically trained Christians who are concerned for the well-being of your child. All club workers are screened as required by Child Evangelism Fellowship® (GNC®) Child Protection Policy to ensure your child’s safety.
TIME: 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
DATE: Every Friday from October 11, 2019 – May 15, 2020 (only on full days of school)
LOCATION: Bella Vista Elementary School, Room 31 *Parents – Please pick up/drop off children at only through Gate B (corner of Findlay Ave. and W. Markland Dr.). Do not go through the front office.
Who can attend? Children from K-5th grade.
If you are interested in signing up your children, please download and fill out the GNC Bella Vista Registration Flyer and return it to either the homeroom teacher, or drop it off at Grace Community Church of Monterey Park at 337 W. Pomona Blvd., Monterey Park, CA 91754.

*CEF® does not provide transportation to the Good News Club® location. Parents must arrange transportation to the GNC location and must pick up each child promptly at GNC end time. Our policies do not allow GNC workers to remain after the club. If your child is not picked up immediately after the club three times throughout the school year, he/she will not be allowed to continue attending.
Please note that the Good News Club is NOT an activity of the school or school district or sponsored by them in any way. The club is sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship of SoCA, Inc. San Gabriel Valley Chapter, and Grace Community Church of Monterey Park.
